Credit Support Facility
The Credit Support Facility provides Lines of Credit through Partners (Financial institutions, leasing companies and investment funds) for on-lending (debt financing in support) to the off-grid solar, internal wiring (household and institutional) and three-phase connections for on-grid electricity, productive uses of electricity, and cookstove sectors nationwide, including in Refugee and Host Community Districts (RHDs).
The Facility enables the provision of working capital loans to Private Energy Companies including suppliers of Solar Home Systems, Solar Productive Use Equipment, and Clean Cooking solutions and End Users loans for acquisition of Clean Energy Technologies nationwide, including in RHDs.
